Hope for the Family currently sponsors the following staff -
The Social Worker supports visiting families and children in foster care, giving advice and assistance and carries out most of the administration role, including documents needed for the courts during the adoption procedure.

The Manager, who shares equal responsibility with the Social Worker, covers many roles and is helpful in many practical ways with families, including visiting foster children and Naomi families, seeking new foster parents and giving advice.

Hope for the Family (Romania) Trust has supported FSF since first going to Romania. Victoria from Sweden spent five years managing FSF in Romania, but has since handed the day-to-day management totally to Romanian staff and directs the organisation from Sweden. They are valuable staff and work as a good team together. One of our trustees is also a board member of FSF.

Sponsorship pays for their salaries and other projects and has contributed towards a good quality western car, since the Romanian Dacia had just about come to the end of its useful life. Most country roads are unmade and rough and much of the work involves regularly visiting the foster families, which is necessary to meet the requirements of the Child Protection Agency. It is also necessary to contact the biological parents regularly regarding their child.
